Director Noriuki Abe`s horror anime series, GHOST STORIES, receives a creatively zany English-language dub that transforms it from a run-of-the-mill kid`s show into a slyly subversive comedy with adult appeal. The basic plot centers on a precocious fifth-grader, Satsuki, christian demon possession and her younger brother, Keiichirou, who stumble upon an abandoned schoolhouse haunted by a collection of ghosts.
